Our partner, Laasy Health, begins the process with a comprehensive health intake assessment to determine your eligibility. If you qualify, you will meet with a dedicated healthcare provider to discuss your goals, create a tailored plan, and receive your medications. Throughout your journey, you will monitor your progress, receive ongoing support, and adjust your plan as needed.

Through our partnership with LaaSy Health, we provide a unique GLP-1 program due to its personalized, holistic approach. Unlike other programs that may focus solely on medication or dieting, we integrate medical support, nutrition counseling, and behavioral health into one comprehensive solution. Our providers are experienced, and our program is designed for sustainable, long-term success.
Great! To get started, sign up through Laasy Health and complete the intake form which includes information on your height, weight, BMI, age, current weight, goal weight, health history, and any FDA considerations. Once your eligibility is confirmed, you can proceed with the next steps. Eligibility requires a BMI of 27 or higher and additional conditions based on medical history.
If you qualify, you will enter your patient data, complete your payment, and schedule an initial consultation with your provider. You will also complete a Health Risk Assessment (HRA) to further personalize your plan.
Your provider will be an experienced healthcare professional who has experience in weight management and wellness. They will work closely with you to understand your goals and develop a personalized plan that meets your needs.
